First, please contact our sales department to receive a customized offer. After agreeing on all order details - such as product type, price, delivery terms and lead time - we issue a proforma invoice. The advance payment based on this invoice confirms the order.

Yes, each truss is delivered with the necessary assembly accessories (connectors). Depending on the selected system, the set includes:

• Single tube: 1 pin, 2 bolts, 2 safety clips
• Duo system: 2 pins, 4 bolts, 4 safety clips
• Tri system: 3 pins, 6 bolts, 6 safety clips
• Quadro system: 4 pins, 8 bolts, 8 safety clips

The stage deck comes with necessary assembly accessories: self leveling inserts, stage deck clamps, and leg clamps. The quantity depends on the size of the stage deck.

Yes, it is possible to transport accessories on a mobile stage. However, please note that a mobile stage is not a transport trailer but a specialized one. The permissible load depends on the trailer's own weight and the selected permissible total weight. To determine the maximum load, subtract the empty trailer weight from the permissible total weight.

Yes, we offer powder-coated structures. The most popular color is black (RAL 9005), but other colors are also available.

The warranty period is 24 months. It can be extended as an additional service.

Yes, based on a vector file provided by the customer, we prepare a visualization with the logo. After approval, the logo is applied to the PVC canopy.

No, according to current structural calculations, we use steel cables at the rear, sides, and roof, as well as compression beam made of trusses or steel profiles and ballast tanks as safety elements.

Roof checks up are not mandatory; however, as a manufacturer, we recommend annual inspections carried out by our company.

We recommend using HYDROL L-HL 46 or 42 hydraulic oil.
