Small profiled roof system

Small gable roofs offer a simple construction, high safety at a relatively low price. They are one of the most popular in our range. The construction of small gable roofs is mainly based on our HD3 290-Q. The steel tower bases have long outriggers with tower stabilizers. The whole roof construction is easily raised using manual chainhoists. The roof canopy is divided into parts - connected by an aluminum rail on top of arcs.

Medium profiled roof system

Medium profiled roofs are the most frequently bought by our custo- mers, mainly due to their high stability and the numerous interesting designs available. This makes them an interesting alternative to gable roofs. They are constructed using our HD3 390-Q. The roof construction together with arces is assembled on the ground and raised either by manual or electric hoists. After reaching the desired height the roof is secured to the towers. Rigging wires and belts for side and back walls come as standard to ensure perfect roof stability. Ballast and lines with anchors allow roofs withstands. Every roof can be easily fitted with 2 PA WINGS and LED screens. Medium profiled roofs are the most versatile constructions for small and large events.

Big profiled roof system

Our big profiled roofs meet the highest safety standards demanded. Their size, load bearing capabilities and versatility allow for sound and lighting systems along with large displays and branding to be easily mounted making our systems the preferred choice by discerning event organisers for world famous artists. For a edge span we use HD4 600x400-Q. This gives load capacity over 10 tons allowing event organizers to use their creativity to stage stunning memorable events (PICS). Arches are easliy connected to the edge span using specially designed corner attachments, steel wires add extra stability. The whole roof construction is easily lifted using electric hoists. Towers are made by our HD4 390-Q come in two heights - 10 and 12 meters. Every roof can expanded with 2 Pa Wings and LED screens.

* - UDL loading cappacity values are average for standard roofs dimmesnion.To increase loading cappacity of each roof system is possible by adding more truss beams to the maingrid, use stronger truss type. Static calculations than are prepared individualy to increase highest loading cappacity.
